We are a not-for-profit organization with the primary purpose of stimulating discussion, educating, and increasing the public awareness on issues concerning numerous violations of law and the public trust by the Santa Clara Valley Water District over the past several decades, as well as current District activities making news in the media.

Unfortunately, apathy abounds because many issues are not only difficult to unravel, but also are not easily exposed. This site supplies many links to published articles in various publications and websites which engender a clear, concise understanding of the present dismal situation at the District. Most links will open in a new window, which can be closed when finished, returning to where you left off. Page content changes as warranted, so be sure to bookmark this site and check back periodically. Most recent updates are found on the "News and Updates" page.

There are no membership fees, dues, passwords, or anything else. This site is exists simply to inform and benefit anyone interested. Your participation is important.
